If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Replacements

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Upon arrival, please check your ZAPZ shipment to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 days of receipt by writing to info@getzapz.com. You must provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping to be eligible for a replacement order. Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged during shipping.

 

Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund of the full purchase price of your returned product minus shipping costs. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from getzapz.com. Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of the product received date. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit as determined by your financial institution. Funds are usually returned within 5 – 7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason, so please thoroughly review your order details before checking out. If you have received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@getzapz.com.
